• Learn the fundamentals of Football, offense and defense. Cheerleading skills and stunts.
• Speed, agility, and skill development drills taught by experienced coaches.
• Participants should wear light comfortable clothing, football cleats or athletic shoes, & sunscreen.
• Water will be provided throughout the day. ARRIVE AT 9:00 AM FOR CHECK IN.
