Welcome to new and returning players to the Farmington Rockets 2010 Football Season. Last year we had a very successful season with our Freshmen team making the playoffs and the Varsity team being in the Super Bowl for the second year in a row. This year there will be many new and exciting changes for the Farmington Rockets. We have joined a new league, the Michigan Youth Football & Cheer Conference (MYFCC). We will compete with teams like the Brighton Bulldogs, Lakes Area Hawks, Macomb Mustangs, Rochester Redskins, Pontiac Panthers and more to come. There will be an 8 game schedule with Playoffs and a Super Bowl Championship game. Our age groups stay the same: Jr. Freshmen (7-8), Freshmen (9-10), Junior Varsity (11-12) and Varsity (13-14). We have added some new coaches to our squads. Also, we are fortunate to have Coach Richard Popp (QB Tutor and Brother Rice JV Head Coach) to be involved in our program this year. The first week of practice begins Monday July 26. We are committed to providing the best instruction and programs for our children. Continue to check our website for updated information.
